Fireside Chat w/ Bryan Sheffield

A 1:1 discussion with Bryan Sheffield, founder and Managing Partner of Formentera Partners. Bryan previously founded Parsley Energy, which was sold to Pioneer Natural Resources in 2021. Chris Powers, founder and CEO of Fort Capital, will interview Brian. Fort has acquired over $2 billion in commercial real estate and is one of the most successful vertically-integrated operators of industrial properties in Texas. Chris’s “The FORT” podcast has been downloaded over 2 million times. Bryan and Chris will discuss Texas’ relationship with the energy world, what has changed over the past 20 years for energy companies both public and private, and where we are headed into the next quarter-century.

What opportunities and advantages does the Dallas-Fort Worth market offer vs. coastal cities? How surprised were the panelists when they dealt with their first Texas August? And more.
